Information on the Privacy Decree 196/2003
This is to inform you that the personal data you provide us will be used in an electronic format for the purpose of answering your questions and, in general, to improve our customer service. For this reason, furnishing us with the requested information is necessary but not obligatory, with the understanding that without these data we will not be able to provide you with an answer. M.C. Group s.c.a.r.l., with headquarters in Via San Damaso 15, Rome, Italy, will be receiving and analyzing the data; its legal representative is Gianfranco Stefanoni whom you may contact for any questions concerning your privacy rights according to Decree 196/2003, described below:
Art. 7. Right to access your personal data and other rights
1. The customer has the right to verify the existence or not of his/her personal data, even if these are not yet processed, and to obtain such data in an intelligible format.

b) the intended uses and methods of presenting the data;
c) the software processing utilized, if the data are processed electronically;
d) Identification data of the person/company that owns the data, the responsible persons, and a representative designated according to article 5, item 2;
e) The persons or the category of persons, or their representatives, to whom his/her personal data might be communicated or be made available within the territory of the (Italian) State.
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) updates, corrections, and data integration, if requested;
b) data deletion, transformation in anonymous format or restriction of the data used in violation of the law, including those not necessary for the purpose for which the data had been collected or subsequently processed.
c) a statement confirming that the rights described in a) and b), have been described to the parties obtaining the data, except in the case when such action is impossible, or requires an effort disproportionate to the rights being protected.
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of his/her personal data, even though these data may be pertinent to the purpose of collecting such data;
b) the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of mailing advertising material, or direct sales, or market research, or commercial communication.
